foooooooooooooood

i was going to have the title of this post as 'cheap cheap cheap' but i thought you might get sick of that word by the time you finish reading this haha.

food here is so cheap, its not funny! its like so amazing that food could cost so little. lunch today with mum and dad was at this high class food court where, when you entered you were given a barcode card and then the food court was divided into sections according to the type of food they were cooking- there was chinese, indian, japanese, vietnamese! and italian. and then in the back of the food court was the eating area.

ok ok so get this, what you needed to do was once you've decided what you want to order you order it, give them your barcode card, collect your food ticket, find a table, give the food ticket to the people in the seating eating area and then wait for the guys to deliver your food. it is absolutely crazy! i'm so used to buying my food and bringing it to my own table!

probably the total cost of all of our meals plus our drinks (chicken fried noodles, satay mixed platter, lemon iced tea, two diet cokes, dumplings, friend rice and salad) would have been like, around 15 bucks? how crazy is that? and to think that i thought i was going to struggle finding food i could eat. pfffffft! haha

this food court thingymabob is definitely a place i am taking you guys to if you ever travel here :) my treat! haha
